Please email or call us to start the repair process. Tell us your device type and issue, and we’ll give you a time and cost estimate for the repair. You can then choose to either drop your device by a DigiZone store, to mail in your device or request one of our technicians to meet you at a location/time on your convenience.

We offer different ways for you to get your electronic device repaired as quick and conveniently as possible. Please check our services page for details.

If it is repairable, chances are one of our experienced DigiZone technicians will be able to repair it. We carry stock of original parts for the mainstream phones and tablets on the market for the quickest turn-around. Even if your device is less common on the market, please contact us and we will do our utmost to either repair it or at least guide you on where to go.

All repairs carry 180-days warranty on parts and labour. Please ask the DigiZone team member who is serving you for the details.

It is highly recommended to backup your device regularly to avoid temporary or permanent data loss if the device is lost or broken. if possible, we also recommend backing up your device before handing it to one of the DigiZone technicians. We try our best to protect the data on your device during repairs, but we are not responsible for any loss of data during the process.

Please send an email to info@digizone.ca before sending your device. We will look at possible options and advise you on most cost-effective shipping method. We will also try to arrange for pickup ourselves at competitive rate.

The honest answer is “it depends!” For mainstream phones where we have the part in stock, repairs for common problems are usually done within 30 minutes. For mainstream tablets where we have the necessary part in stock, repairs for common problems are usually done within 2 hours. The DigiZone technician serving you will tell you upfront what the repair of your device requires and how long it would take, so that there are no surprises.

Of course! We have in store a number of Apple and Abdroid phones that we offer to our clients as Loaners. Please ask the DigiZone technician serving you about the details and how you could benefit from this offering to keep you going while we take care of your phone.

We recommend that you either disable (if possible) your passcode before leaving your phone with us. Alternatively, please share your passcode with the DigiZone technician serving you. This allows us to fully test your device during or after the repairs.
